Section 01About Us and These Terms

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by SiRuiX Partners Pte. Ltd. (“SiRuiX”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore. UEN 202624921Z.

SiRuiX is a licensed employment agency in Singapore. Employment Agency Licence No. 26S3568.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended version here. Amendments take effect from the date of posting, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. The current version and its effective date are shown above.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy (SRX-WPP-2026-01), which explains how we handle personal data.

The Site is directed at users in Singapore and in the other markets in which we operate. We make no representation that Site content is appropriate or available for use in any other location.

Section 02Nature of Content — No Advice, No Offer

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It describes our services and areas of practice at a general level.

Nothing on the Site constitutes:

• professional, career, legal, tax, employment, immigration or financial advice;
• an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, or a representation that any particular role, salary level or outcome is available to you; or
• an offer capable of acceptance in respect of any engagement of our services.

Our services are provided only under a separate written engagement — a signed proposal, terms of business, or advisory agreement. No client, candidate, agency, partnership, joint venture or fiduciary relationship arises from your use of the Site or from any enquiry you send us.

Where the Site describes market conditions, salary ranges, hiring trends or sector commentary, that content reflects our general observations at the time of publication. It is not a valuation, benchmark or forecast, and should not be relied upon for any decision without independent verification.

Section 03Roles Advertised on This Site

From time to time we advertise roles on behalf of our clients. Any such advertisement is an invitation to express interest. It is not an offer of employment and creates no obligation on our part or on the part of our client.

Selection criteria stated in an advertisement are those of the role concerned. We shortlist and refer candidates on merit. Consistent with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, we do not accept or advertise requirements that discriminate on grounds irrelevant to the job, including age, race, gender, religion, marital status and family responsibilities, or disability.

The Site does not host an application form. Where an advertisement invites you to express interest, please write to us at talent@siruix.com. Sending us material by email is subject to section 7 below and to our Privacy Policy.

Section 04Permitted Use

You may access and view the Site, and download or print individual pages, for your own personal or internal business reference.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, frame or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• use any automated system — including robots, spiders, scrapers or data-harvesting tools — to access, monitor or extract content from the Site;
• extract, compile or reconstruct any database, contact list, or candidate or client information from the Site;
• carry out text or data mining of the Site, or use any Site content to train, fine-tune or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence model, without our prior written consent;
• use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, spam or bulk marketing material;
• introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system or network, or circumvent any security measure;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation; or
• use the Site in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Section 05Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layout, design, logos, icons, images, photographs, brand marks, and the selection and arrangement of them — is owned by or licensed to SiRuiX and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and internationally.

SiRuiX and 思睿行 are trade marks of SiRuiX Partners Pte. Ltd., the subject of trade mark applications and registrations in Singapore. The SRX monogram, the associated brushstroke device and all other brand assets are proprietary to SiRuiX. No licence or right to use any SiRuiX trade mark, name, monogram or brand asset is granted by these Terms, by your use of the Site, or by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

Third-party names, logos and marks appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship in either direction unless expressly stated.

Any use of Site content not expressly permitted by these Terms is prohibited and may infringe our rights or those of our licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. We will enforce our intellectual property rights where necessary.

Section 06Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including professional networking platforms. Such links are provided for convenience only.

We do not control, endorse, monitor or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, availability or accuracy of any third-party site or platform. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

Section 07Material You Send Us

If you send us a curriculum vitae, profile, enquiry, expression of interest or other material (a “Submission”), you confirm that:

• the information is accurate, current and not misleading;
• you are entitled to provide it, and doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation, employment contract or restriction you owe to any third party; and
• where the Submission contains personal data of any third party — a referee, for example — you have that person’s consent for us to collect, use and disclose their personal data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

We handle personal data in Submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

We are under no obligation to respond to, act upon, retain or return any Submission. Sending us a Submission does not oblige us to consider you for any role, to represent you, or to keep you informed of opportunities.

In respect of any non-personal, non-confidential ideas, suggestions or feedback you send us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or compensation. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information you do not wish us to use.

Section 08Availability and Accuracy

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we take reasonable care in preparing Site content, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for any particular purpose.

We may suspend, withdraw, modify or discontinue all or any part of the Site at any time without notice and without liability.

Section 09Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

The Site is provided free of charge. You pay nothing for access to it and we receive no payment or other consideration from you in respect of it. It is a general information resource, not a service supplied to you.

Subject to the first paragraph of this section, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, SiRuiX, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct or indirect, and whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use, the Site, including without limitation:

• loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill;
• loss or corruption of data;
• any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss;
• any loss arising from reliance on Site content;
• any loss arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• any loss arising from any interruption, suspension, withdrawal, modification or unavailability of the Site; or
• any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any third-party website or platform linked from the Site.

Each exclusion in this section operates separately. If any one of them is held to be unenforceable, the others continue to apply in full.

If any exclusion in this section is held to be unenforceable, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not in any event exceed Singapore Dollars One Hundred (S$100).

This section does not limit or affect liability arising under a separate signed engagement between you and SiRuiX, which is governed by the terms of that engagement.

Section 10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiRuiX, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and licensors against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Section 11Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (SRX-WPP-2026-01) and by our internal data protection policy.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer. Enquiries, access requests, correction requests, consent withdrawals and complaints relating to personal data may be directed to dpo@siruix.com.

Section 12Regulatory Notices

SiRuiX operates under Employment Agency Licence No. 26S3568 issued by the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore. Our activities are subject to the Employment Agencies Act 1958, the Employment Agencies Rules 2011 and the conditions of our licence.

Executive search

We do not charge candidates any fee for executive search or placement services. Our fees for search services are payable by the client organisation that engages us.

Career advisory

Career advisory is a distinct professional service, provided under a separate written engagement and paid for by the individual or organisation that engages us for it. It is advisory in nature and is not a placement service: we do not refer or place career advisory clients into vacancies in exchange for the advisory fee, and the fee does not purchase consideration for any role. Career advisory is not a guarantee of employment.

Section 13General

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable or, where that is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

No waiver

Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision shall not be a waiver of that or any other provision.

Assignment

We may assign, transfer or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent. You may not.

Survival

Sections 2 (Nature of Content), 4 (Permitted Use), 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Material You Send Us), 8 (Availability and Accuracy), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnity) and this section 13 survive any termination of your access to the Site and continue to apply.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SiRuiX in relation to your use of the Site. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation or assurance that is not set out in them. Nothing in this paragraph limits or excludes any liability referred to in the first paragraph of section 9.

Third-party rights

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of them, except that our directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and licensors may enforce sections 9 and 10. No consent from any such person is required to vary or rescind these Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Nothing in this paragraph prevents us from applying for injunctive or other urgent relief, or from taking steps to protect our intellectual property, in any jurisdiction.
